X–Country Skiing

For cross-country skiers, the world class, Dawn Mountain Nordic Ski Trails provide 25 kilometres of groomed classic trackset trails and 15 km of groomed skate skiing trails. These trails range from gently rolling beginner loops to more challenging advanced routes. One kilometre into the trails skiers will come upon a cozy 8-10 person-warming hut, complete with a wood-burning stove. If you choose, ski for an hour or two and then return to the fire-warmed hut. Trail fees: $10 per adult, $5 per child (17 and under), $25 for a family, payable at the trailhead.
