The Eagle’s Eye Restaurant is pleased to introduce its new unparalleled culinary experience “Taste of Terroir” Wine Dinner. First greeted with a glass of Wine & Canapés, enjoy a five course, seven wine dinner (total of 8 wines, representing each growing regions of the Okanagan). Wines will come from the eight wine producing regions of the Okanagan paired meticulously by Chef Nassim Meddane.
Chef Nassim will be joined by renowned Sommelier Gerrit Van Staalduinen offering insights to the wine pairings between courses. These small wineries craft their wine with great care and precision, just as the food matched with it.
Price: $125 inclusive of tax, gratuity & gondola.
