Recruitment Process

Have you ever wondered what happens to your application after you complete the online process? At KHMR all applications are reviewed by the Employee Experience team for both a fit for the position and overall fit with the resort. Department Managers are then forwarded successful applications and will connect directly with short-listed candidates they wish to interview. In-person interviews are conducted for local candidates, and Skype interviews are held for non-local residents.  If the interview was successful and positive references are provided, an offer of employment will be made. If the interview is unsuccessful, you will be notified  and may be considered for an alternate position with the resort.

Competition for jobs at the resort is high, so make sure you do whatever you can to stand out in your application. If you have been referred to the resort through a current or former employee, please inform us in your cover letter.

Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we regret that we are unable to give individual updates on application status. Once a position has been filled, it will be removed from the website. All applications are handled in confidence in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
