This winter, getting to Kicking Horse Mountain Resort just got easier. Kicking Horse Mountain Resort is pleased to be offering a new transportation option through the addition of a new shuttle service connecting Calgary International Airport to Kicking Horse 3 times a week – Wednesdays, Saturdays & Sundays.
This service will run from December 20, 2014 through to March 25, 2015.

Kicking Horse Mountain Resort is a world-class destination resort located 2.5 hours west of Calgary, nestled between the Purcell and Rocky Mountains in the heart of British Columbia. Winter offers a fully integrated mountain resort experience and the most progressive in-bounds skiing in North America.The mountain consists of 1,260 meters (4,133 feet) of vertical; including 121 runs, 4 alpine bowls and 85 inbound chutes, spread over 2,825 acres of ski-able terrain.

Terms and Conditions
Written Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify an agent at Resorts of the Canadian Rockies immediately.
CANCELLATION CHARGES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
45 days or more prior to departure: $15 + GST per adult on file, and insurance premium.
31 to 44 days prior to departure: Full deposit including insurance premium.
Within 31 days of departure: Full amount paid is non refundable and non transferable.
RCR is a booking agent only and therefore is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property while using any of these products and services.
Written Deposit Policy: For reservations made more than 45 days prior to departure, a deposit of 30% of land arrangements, and 100% of airfare and applicable travel insurance premium is required at time of booking. Balance owing is due 45 days prior to departure.
For reservations made 45 days or less prior to travel date, full payment including travel insurance premium is due at time of booking.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: Your use of a credit card number to apply deposit and/or final payment indicates your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, whether or not you have actually signed the appropriate draft. Verbal authorization for the use of a credit card confirms the reservation.
AIR: Air rates are not guaranteed until flights have been confirmed and paid in full; once issued, airline tickets are non-refundable.
Kicking Horse YYC Shuttle Bus Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled time. Shuttle reservations have a cancellation fee of $5 per person for each direction of travel.
PET POLICY: Pets are not permitted on shuttles.
BAG POLICY: You are limited to 3 bags per guest including carry on and sports equipment. In order to accommodate additional or oversized luggage Kicking Horse YYC shuttle must be contacted in advance and additional charges will apply.
MISSED FLIGHT POLICY: Kicking Horse YYC Shuttle will not be responsible for delays causing missed flights that are the result of inclement weather, unforeseen road closures, highway construction, abnormally heavy traffic, traffic that is being metered by the Alberta Department of Transportation, or any other conditions outside of its control. During Holidays and peak travel days, please be aware that weather, traffic or unforeseen road closures can severely impact travel times in the mountains. Availability may be limited for last minute changes.
We encourage guests to plan accordingly and/or purchase travel insurance to cover potential for missed flights and resulting expenses.
