Avalanche Awareness Days

Avalanche Awareness Days is a national celebration of Canada’s avalanche safety expertise and an invitation to enjoy the winter backcountry with education and training.
In partnership with the Canadian Avalanche Center and CARDA (Canadian Avalanche Rescue Dog Association), the KHMR Safety team will be holding workshops about Avalanche Awareness with explosives, transceivers, and Avalanche Rescue Dog demonstrations.
