Boo’s Birthday Weekend
Boo’s Birthday Weekend is an event put on by the Grizzly Bear Refuge at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort.
Featuring enhanced ranger tours and a scavenger hunt all with the goal of educating visitors about grizzly bears. There will be a birthday cake for boo, a scavenger hunt and an special 10am Ranger talk all at the Grizzly Bear Refuge!
We have limited edition T-shirts for sale with partial proceeds being donated to the Grizzly Bear Foundation and their Project Rewild initiative. They each cost $40 plus taxes and can be bought at Outfitters store in the plaza.
Schedule:
Saturday July 5 and Sunday July 6
- 10am to 11am – Enhanced Ranger Talk at the Grizzly Bear Refuge
- 11am to 12:3pm – Scavenger Hunt at the Grizzly Bear Refuge
- 1:30pm to 2:30pm – Boo’s Art Contest at the Grizzly Bear Refuge
- 2:30pm – Bear-thday Cake for Boo! at the Grizzly Bear Refuge
