Live Rail Painting
Calling all Local Artists
Kicking Horse Mountain Resort is looking for four Golden and Area A artists to feature their work on one of our terrain park features!
If you are interested, please submit a concept sketch to events@kickinghorseresort.com by August 24, at 5 pm (MST). A panel of judges will then decide on the winning artists! The chosen designs will be announced on August 26.
The live painting will take place on September 2nd from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm in the base area.
Chosen artists will receive:
– Artist supplies for the painting
– $100 RCR Gift Card
– Lunch at Eagle’s Eye Restaurant
– 2 Winter 2023/24 ski tickets
– Bike & Adventure lift ticket
Art Submission Rules
-Please note that all artists and submissions must fall within the following:
- Artist must be a resident of the Golden & Area A district.
- Artist must be available to paint on September 2, 2023.
- All designs must be non-offensive and family friendly.
- Submitted designs must include the Kicking Horse Mountain Resort logo (the horse icon is acceptable).
- Designs must be submitted to events@kickinghorseresort.com by August 24th at 5pm (MST).
