Summer gets started at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort on Saturday May 31st. Boo and the Grizzly Bear Refuge team are ready to give you a tour. Disc Golf will be setup and ready to play. The Catamount Chair will carry you up to these activities and provide stunning Columbia Valley and Rocky Mountain views too! The Whitetooth Grill will be open featuring full service and a new summer menu. And don’t forget to visit Outfitters store to pick up the latest summer KHMR products and gear to make your mountain visit more enjoyable. To mark the occasion, we have a few special offerings happening.
Opening Weekend Exclusive Summer Season Pass Offer for Locals!
Available on May 31 and June 1 only, Golden and Area A residents will be able to purchase a Summer Adventure Seasons Pass for a limited time offer of $42 for an adult or $97 for a family. You must provide proof of residence and purchase in person at the mountain. Live Music and Facepainting!
This summer be sure to check out our events schedule on a regular basis. We plan to have facepainting available for kids (and adults too!) on select dates, as well as live music in the plaza and much, much more. For opening weekend Live’N’Local will be happening on Saturday May 31 from 12pm to 2pm, and facepainting will be scheduled from 11am to 1pm on Sunday June 1.
