Perseid Meteor Shower Stargazing at 7,700ft
Kicking Horse Mountain Resort is pleased to announce the return of the Perseid Meteor Shower viewing at the Award Winning Eagle’s Eye Restaurant on Monday, August 12. This year’s event will feature a binocular based astronomy presentation by Doug Thorp from the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada. Once the sky turns to night, grab a tower pad and enjoy the view from the top of the mountain!
Stargazing tickets are available for $45 for adults, $38 for youth/senior, $22 for children or $104 for a Family – Full Day ticket holders for Aug 12, 2024and Summer Season’s Passholders get 25% off. The Eagle’s Eye Restaurant will be serving a delicious buffet from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM as well. $84 for adults and $46 for youth including tax and gratuity. Space is limited so make sure to book your spot in advance for this unique dining mountain top experience CLICKING HERE.

9:00 PM – 10:30 PM – Stargazing Ticket holders will upload the gondola
10:30 PM – 11:15 PM – Astronomer’s Presentation with Doug Thorp from the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada
12:00 AM – 1:00 AM – All guests to download the gondola
