Shuswap Bird of Prey

We’re excited to welcome Shuswap Bird of Prey  to Kicking Horse Mountain Resort on Sunday, August 4 for an incredible educational experience at mid-mountain.

The Shuswap Birds of Prey program is a falcon-based wildlife management initiative, grounded in conservation, rehabilitation, and a deep fascination with birds of prey. Led by a team of experienced biologists and falconers, their work helps promote sustainable pest control while educating the public about raptors and the art of falconry.

Guests will have the opportunity to attend one of two one-hour presentations featuring:
🦅 An educational flying display with Harris Hawks
📚 Insight into falconry techniques and training
🌎 A deeper understanding of the conservation efforts happening in the Columbia Shuswap region

Presentation Times: 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM
Location: Mid-Mountain Wedding Ceremony Site
