Family Day Rail Jam – in the KH Rail Park on Catamount Chair from 12:30 to 3:00pm (see below for details)

Family Day Photo Scavenger Hunt - contest runs from 10am to 3pm (see below for details)

For a special Family Day celebration, bundle up the kids and bring them to the Gondola Plaza at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort for the evening. Activities will include night skiing and tubing at the base, kid friendly games and activities, a bbq and beer garden at Corona Alpine Patio with DJ Mihajic Touch.

And to top it all off, a spectacular fireworks display starting at 8:00pm!

Evening events kick off at 5:00 concluding by 8:00pm. BBQ running at Corona Alpine Patio, serving up burgers, hot dogs and more.

Family Day Rail Jam presented by Darkside - REGISTER ONLINE

The Family Day Rail Jam event is considered a demonstration event and all skiers / riders need to be registered and aware of the challenges of a rail jam event. No outside riders will be allowed.

Notes for ALL participants who are going in the Family Day  Rail Jam

• Prizing provided by Darkside
• Must be expert skiers or snowboarders
• Must wear a helmet
• Sign a waiver and attend a pre-air meeting at KH Rail Park at 12:30pm
• Must be aware of the dangers / challenges of skiing / boarding in rail park
• No inverts allowed

Family Day Photo Scavenger Hunt - LIST OF CLUES AND SUBMISSION

The Family Day Photo Scavenger Hunt is a great way to spend the day exploring the mountain and collecting some fun photos of you and your family as you answer the 7 clues. All submissions will be entered to win a KHMR prize pack. Contest runs from 10am to 3pm, and the winner will be drawn at 4pm and emailed directly.
