This year for international women’s day we are offering a weekend of fun and celebration of women in the mountains by offering three special events:

Sunday March 8^th – Women’s Ski Patrol Clinic - REGISTER ONLINE

This year for International Women’s Day, we are looking to celebrate women in the mountains by showing others what a day in the life of a patroller is like.

This event is for ladies to join female patrollers for the day and learn what the job is all about!

This clinic is 18+ only

Time: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (Meet at Daylodge)

$20 per person and includes lunch and lift ticket. All proceeds are donated to the Golden Women’s Resource Centre.

Please note: Participants must be expert-level skiers.

Saturday March 7 to Sunday March 8 – Rippin Betties Camp

This is an exclusive big mountain camp for women skiers and riders looking to explore KHMR’s famous steeps and chutes, taught by the Winter Sport School’s best female big mountain coaches. The registration fee includes lunch at Eagle’s Eye on the last day.

Sunday March 8 – Rail Jam presented by Darkside

REGISTER ONLINE

The Women's Day Rail Jam event is considered a demonstration event and all skiers / riders need to be registered and aware of the challenges of a rail jam event. No outside riders will be allowed.

Notes for ALL participants who are going in the Women's Day Rail Jam

• Prizing provided by Darkside
• Must be expert skiers or snowboarders
• Must wear a helmet
• Sign a waiver and attend a pre-event meeting at KH Rail Park at 12:30pm
• Must be aware of the dangers / challenges of skiing / boarding in rail park
• No inverts allowed
