Cancellation Policies

Up to 30 days prior to arrival, reservations are refundable with a charge of $15+tax per adult on file.  Within 30 days of arrival, reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable (booking fee [$6+gst] is non-refundable).

Reservations (including Lift Tickets) become nonrefundable within 90 days of arrival. Prior to this, bookings may be held as a credit with RCR Central Reservations to be used during the 25/26 Winter season. 

At time of booking, a 30% deposit is charged. Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. If booking within 45 days of arrival, full amount of reservation will be charged.
