10 Years of Via Ferrata
10 Years on the Iron Road.
On July 1st, 2015 Kicking Horse Mountain Resort’s Via Ferrata opened to the public. In the 10 years since opening thousands of people have made the trek across the face of Terminator Peak.
In celebration of its 10th anniversary we are offering free tours across the pioneer route all day. These will be first come first serve basis on the day of. Make sure to head to guest services fill out a waiver and secure your spot then head up the gondola and walk towards the T1 hike to meet with the guide. Tours will happen every half hour beginning at 10:30am for up to 8 people.
As an extra bonus to those who book the Ascension or Discovery Tour, you will be treated to a free celebratory picnic, ready for you at the top of T1.
10 tours throughout the day every half hour starting at 10:30 and ending at 3:00pm. Maximum 80 people.
