10 Years of Via Ferrata
10 Years on the Iron Road.
On July 1st, 2015 Kicking Horse Mountain Resort’s Via Ferrata opened to the public. In the 10 years since opening thousands of people have made the trek across the face of Terminator Peak.
In celebration of its 10th anniversary we are offering free tours across the Pioneer Route all day. Tours will happen every half hour beginning at 10:30am and ending at 3:00, for up to 8 people per tour.
REGISTER NOW. Once registered you will check in at Guest Services to collect your tour voucher then head up the gondola and walk towards the T1 hike to meet with the guide.
-Participants must have a valid lift ticket or season pass
-Via Ferrata Release Agreement must be completed in advance Waiver Signup (skircr.com)
-Any remaining spots will be available first come first serve at guest services on July 1st
As an extra bonus to those who book the Ascension or Discovery Tour, you will be treated to a celebratory snacks, ready for you at the top of T1.
