To Request a donation of Lift Tickets or similar items to a silent auction or charity please send an email with your request and include a letter regarding the event to email@example.com.
SUMMIT FUND - CASH DONATIONS FOR COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS
The Kicking Horse Mountain Resort/Golden Community Summit Fund is an initiative that is helping to transform the local Golden community. The Kicking Horse Mountain Resort/Golden Community Summit Fund is a 4-year, $100,000 initiative that provides cash donations and in kind support to local community causes. The NEW Kicking Horse Mountain Resort/Golden Community Summit Fund’s goal is to support programs in the Golden area which advance the widest ranging community improvements in such areas as arts and culture, health and social services, heritage preservations, community facilities and programs, education, sports and recreation.
WHO CAN APPLY?
The goal of the Summit Fund is to provide donations to a wide variety of local causes that provide a positive long-term impact on a wide variety of people.
The Community Summit Fund committee considers the following:
1) Does the Project directly relate to the mandate of the Community Summit Fund?
2) Is the Project local in scope, or provide a direct local benefit?
3) Can the outcomes of the Project be measured?
Applications are accepted all year long, and are reviewed by the Summit Fund Committee typically every two months. Please apply at least two to three months in advance of your event or donation deadline to allow time for application review process.
