Avalanche Awareness Days sponsored by Helly Hansen
Avalanche Awareness Days is a national celebration of Canada’s avalanche safety expertise and an invitation to enjoy the winter backcountry with education and training.
We will be in Crystal Bowl all weekend on January 20th & 21st with various activities going on. Look for the Kicking Horse Arch and Tent in Crystal Bowl!
In partnership with Helly Hansen, GO! Solutions Pet Food, Avalanche Canada, and CARDA the KHMR Safety team will be holding workshops about Avalanche Awareness with explosives, transceivers, Avalanche Rescue Dog demonstrations and more.
