Featuring a selection of Scotch Whiskey, Eagle’s Eye is proud to present the last social event of the Winter 2023 season.
Offering a selection of Scotch Whiskey, we hope to demonstrate the variety and diversity of this complex spirit in a tangible manner. Chef Jorrit Schuurman will ensure canapes accompany the tasting portion of the evening and supply paired dinner and dessert selections to our featured Scotch tastings . Seating is limited, and pricing is inclusive of tax and gratuity.

Paired Dinner Menu:
Canapes:
- Prosciutto-wrapped melon with balsamic glaze
- Goats cheese tarts with caramelized onion and honey
- Fresh Oysters
- Crostini with smoked salmon, pickled red onion, capers, and sour cream
Dinner:
- Grilled Alberta Prime Beef with green peppercorn sauce, duck fat roast potatoes, celeriac puree, and brussels sprouts
- Green herb-crusted cod loin with saffron and lemon risotto, broccolini, and shaved parmesan
Dessert:
- Dark chocolate miso ganache, Greek yogurt, raspberry coulis, and candied pecan nuts
