Winter Opening – First Gondola Raffle

Opening Day is ON for December 8th!!

Mother Nature has been delivering the goods, and we are expecting continued snowfall throughout the week! Thanks to this last-minute storm, we are pumped to announce that we are back on track for opening this Friday! Our incredible team is hard at work getting the mountain ready for you all to enjoy.

Important notes for Opening Day:

Early Season Conditions: While we’re stoked with the new snow and to get back on the slopes. It is important to remember that we are still sitting with a low snowpack. Please be mindful that there will be more natural hazards than usual. Take it easy, ride cautiously, and ensure a safe start to the season!

Available terrain for opening day will look a little different than in prior years. It is extremely important to obey all Terrain Closure signs for the safety of yourself, other guests, and our staff.

Season Pass Printing will be available on Thursday December 7 from 12pm to 6pm

The first gondola of the year will be raffled off to help raise money for the Golden Food Bank!

Want to be the first to reach the mountain top and shred 4000 vertical feet of first tracks? Enter into our raffle for the chance to secure the first gondola with 5 of your friends!

Raffle tickets – $5 each Cash Only, bring a non-perishable food donation for an additional ticket!

We will be walking around the plaza selling tickets, as well as at the Kicking Horse tent next to the Gondola Base station.

All funds will be donated to the Golden Food Bank.

The winner gets to pick 5 buddies to share the first gondola, skip the lift lines for the rest of the day, and have lunch at the Award-Winning Eagle’s Eye Restaurant. Best way to kick-off the season!
