Dawn Mountain Nordic Centre:
Explore exciting Nordic ski trails in beautiful Golden, BC! Dawn Mountain Nordic Centre has 33 km of groomed trails (classic & skate) and a 4km snowshoe loop to enjoy. Whether you’re a seasoned Nordic skier or it’s your first time on the trails, there is a variety of terrain to suit all abilities. These trails are maintained by the Golden Nordic Ski Club in agreement with Recreation Sites and Trails BC. Situated only 1km from the popular Kicking Horse Resort, Nordic skiing is a fun activity to add to your winter holiday bucketlist. There is a cozy Chalet with seating, a kitchen available for use, and indoor toilets. In addition, the trailside Owl's Roost cabin has a fireplace available for warming up. Please pay your trail fee and sign in before heading out to enjoy the trails at Dawn Mountain Nordic Centre.

Golden Golf Course Nordic Ski Trails:
Looking for a Nordic ski lap closer to town? Hop onto the 5km novice classic ski trail at the Golden golf course. These flowy ski trails are maintained by the Golden Nordic Ski Club. Please be sure to make a trail fee cash donation at the trailhead.
