Canada Day Trail Race

Ring in Canada’s birthday with us at the top of Kicking Horse Mountain Resort! This family-friendly alpine race course will start and finish at the top of the Gondola. There will be a 10K and a 5K race. The course will be a mix of single-track and double track. More details on the specific course routing will be release in mid-June.

CATEGORIES
Awards will be split into the following age groupings for both male and female.

Open – all comers
Junior – age on race day, categories 0-10, 10-12, 12-15, and 16-19
Master – age on race day, categories 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70+

Spectators are welcome to view the event. The best viewing area will be at the top of the Gondola – you can see the start, finish and most of the course from this “eagle’s eye” view. Lift tickets are required and can be purchased at Guest Services from 9:00 am on the day of the event.

Online registration will close at midnight on June 28, 2019. You may register in person on July 1 between 9 am and 10 am but there will be a $10 late registration fee applied to all registrations purchased on July 1.
